Meal Support Group
Receive support and co-regulation from a Registered Dietitian while you eat your meal. We’ll apply safe and effective practices that will make choosing food, reaching for food, eating food, and having food in your body feel safer so you can maintain recovery.
We’ll focus on:
providing a space for individuals to be accountable for their meal goals
regulation tips to use before, during, and after meals
helping you assess your meal for nutritional adequacy
establishing a regular and structured routine around meals, including planning, preparation, and consumption, to promote a healthier relationship with food.
fostering a sense of community and connection among participants who share similar challenges
supporting the process of rebuilding trust with food and cultivating a more positive relationship with eating
Requirements
come prepared with food that you intend to eat
a phone, tablet or computer and are able to use video
a space to eat
Weekly Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 12 noon + 6pm (30 minute each); Beginning July 1, 2024

It is essential to continue working with a treatment team, including therapists, dietitians, and medical professionals, to ensure a holistic and personalized approach to your recovery journey.

Our approach focuses on behavior change, whole-self wellbeing, and self-compassion.
