  • Cooking skill and energy level

  • Cultural identity

  • Relationship with food and your body

  • How to get support and share responsibility with household members

  • Budget (let’s check the sales!)

  • Nervous system regulation tips before and during shopping

  • Capacity and energy level 

MONTHLY on the first Saturday of each month at 11 AM-12pm (MST)
