Breakfast Ideas

Do you get to midmorning and realize you haven’t eaten breakfast? Have in your home a variety of pre-made breakfast items to increase your odds of getting breakfast every morning.

Hard Boiled Eggs paired with toast or a muffin. Have you had Aussie Bites? They have been a fan favorite in my family for years. I've seen them at every grocery store and on Amazon.

Leftovers from last night's dinner. Pizza for breakfast is not just for college students. But, why stop at pizza? Anything that was worthy of a meal at 6pm deserves a spot at your table at 7am.

Soup. I know we don't usually connect soup to breakfast, but making a big batch of soup each week sets us up for a quick meal any time of day.  Poach an egg in it for a rise-and-shine effect. Heat up yesterday’s soup on the stove top in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. When the soup is heated through and simmering, gently crack an egg into the mixture. After 3 minutes ladle the soup + egg into a bowl. Eat.

Quick and Easy. Don't overthink it. Cold Cereal + your preferred type of milk + fruit.
